Incentive 4.5 % on basic on all domestic airlines. |

Service Tax & TDS as Applicable. |

All refunds as per Airlines rules |

For contacting you have to buy outgoing free Reliance phone or connect Skype through computers. |

Required one computer & headphone & broadband connectivity. |

Glow sign board with our name, address & Contact No’s on your cost. |

Additional:- on 3 lacs –rs 1000, on 5 lacs-rs 2000, on 10 lacs-rs 3500. |

A laptop will be provided by us on condition that agents has to be with us for 3 years and then the laptop will be their property. |

Rs 5000, one time registration charges, Rs 25000 security deposit, Credit up to Rs. 70,000/- thereafter it has to be paid to make it 1,00,000/-. |

All the cost to be borne by the partner. |
| 13. |
All disputes subject to finally Governed by Airlines rules and us and subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction. |

Where Airlines offer net value or less incentive we will retain 1% and pass on the remaining to the partner. |

In this agreement Paras Travels is considered as father & the franchisee partner is considered as son and henceforth at all places where father & son is mentioned it will be as if it is Paras Travels and the franchisee partner. |
| 16. |
The relation has to be like a national family where father & son live together all their lives. |
| 17. |
The terms and the condition may change without prior notice. |
| 18. |
reserve the right to accept or reject any franchisee or agent. |

For all L.C.C in India please inform on skype chat live and immediately we will email the ticket. For payment we will allow you 24 hrs to deposit or will adjust from the deposit accounts. Refunds of L.C.C as per airline rules and it will be added to the account. |
| 20. |
This will continue till the L.C.C. in not integrated. |
| 21. |
All tickets issued with credit card or net banking will attract 2.5 % transaction fees on the total amount of the invoice. |
| 22. |
All such refunds for ticket issued with credit card or net banking will be refunded after 45 days. |
| 23. |
No refunds of T.F , Rs 250 cancellation charges applicable of such cancellation. |
| 24. |
The refund will be either credited to the agent/ client in their login or will bw paid by cheque. |
